FOUR PRINCIPLES OF HEALTH AND WELLNESS

PRINCIPLE 1:The single most important principle to prevent repeated illnesses is our emotional/spiritual health and wellness. If this area of our life is not in order, then in many cases our body cannot heal even the simplest of diseases. We become emotionally and spiritually ill when we fill our lives with NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AND EMOTIONS, UNRESOLVED DISPUTES AND STRESS. These events cause our bodies to become ACIDIC. Acid conditions accelerate deterioration of all aspects of our body.
PRINCIPLE 2: The second principle of health and wellness is that WE MUST MAINTAIN THE ALKALINITY OF OUR MAJOR BODY FLUIDS at a pH of about 7.4 FOR MAXIMUM HEALTH.

The number of hydrogen ions in a fluid can easily be measured. It is called pH. The more hydrogen ions that are in a fluid, the lower the pH value will be.
The numbers of hydrogen ions (pH) can be measured by special paper called pH paper. Most pH paper is orange in color. When fluids are added to it, it changes to different colors. The colors above represent pH values between 5.5 and 8. Yellow represents a pH of 5.5, the dark green 7.0 and the dark purple 8.0. When we were born, the pH of the major fluids in our bodies was slightly alkaline (about 7.2 to 7.4).
Critical enzymes necessary to the functioning of almost all of our organ systems work the fastest at a slightly alkaline pH value. For example, the enzymes in our cells that produce energy for our body function best when the pH is alkaline.
The enzymes that produce the energy in our body also work fastest in a slightly alkaline environment.

The Power of Positive Thoughts-Through Literature
NEGATIVE thinking or thoughts in our lives causes the acidity of the body to increase, accelerating its deterioration. This includes the emotions of hate, envy, covetousness... etc. and a refusal to forgive (never giving up the grudges we hold from being offended by others). Acid conditions of the body decreases its energy level, increases our susceptibility to diseases, accelerates the deterioration of our organ systems, and promotes the growth of bacteria and pathogens. Conversely, POSITIVE thinking or thoughts promote the alkalinity of the body (given appropriate nutritional habits) thus allowing our body to function normally to regain and maintain a healthy state.
We often unknowingly surround ourselves with negativity in the content of the books we read, the music we listen to and the movies we watch. Consequently, I have undertaken the project of writing literature for youth and the young at heart that is filled with positive experiences. It is devoid of vulgarity or immorality. It embodies principles of integrity and loyalty to others and to God. It speaks of never learning to quit when we approach something worthwhile.. All in an adventure format. It is hoped that through filling our minds with positive things that our physical health will significantly improve.
PRINCIPLE 3:The third principle of health and wellness is that WE ARE NOT MEANT TO BE SICK OR HEALTHY...BUT ONLY TO SURVIVE.

PRINCIPLE 4:The fourth principle of health and wellness is that ONLY OUR BODIES HAVE THE POWER TO HEAL US, not medicines or nutritional supplements. Our bodies will have a minimal influence on our wellness if our emotional and spiritual wellness is not intact.

1. HYDRATE YOURSELF DAILY. Drink large quantities of PURIFIED WATER. Any other fluids do not count! Divide your body weight by 2 and you have the number of ounces of PURIFIED WATER you will need to drink each day.
If you weigh 200 pounds, you must drink 100 ounces of water daily. Juice does not count... only pure water.

Symptoms of Nutritional Fatigue
Nutritional Fatigue is a condition where the individual organ systems of the body start to function abnormally. It occurs after many years of improper diet habits. When it does occur, we notice many of the symptoms that we think are associated with getting older such as loss of energy, stiff or sore muscles and other effects of old age. If our bodies become acidic at the same time, the enzymes that produce the energy of the body slow down also. Acid conditions promote growth of bacteria and pathogenic organisms, prevents the efficient uptake of anything we eat, including our nutritional supplementation.
The following are the major organ systems of the body
Each organ system generally functions independently of the others. If it becomes nutritionally fatigued it cannot produce enough energy for itself. Because we are built to survive, the system tries to survive by borrowing energy from the other organ systems. This can cause other organ systems to be drained of necessary energy for their own function.
